Victory Outreach has been operating Recovery Homes in the Phoenix area for the better part of three-decades and we have recently launched our Mesa location. The course of the recovery home is one-year, and all individuals live in a 24-hour "Home" environment. The Victory Outreach Recovery Home is a ministry of the local church that provides a residential Christian atmosphere for men and women.
